Reliance is worth Hundreds of Millions. They can afford to keep their promises!

Why are they fighting so hard to screw us out of a signed agreement? Why have they tried bullying us to accept something very different than what was agreed to? Why will they not even meet with us?

I know Im a sweet piece of a$$ but why does he want to screw me so badly? I’ve got news for you Jonny boy…. Only my husband gets to do that.

To date, they have done nothing but issue deadlines and threats. They have tried dictating to us what the conditions of continuing to rent will be. Shocker those conditions involve singing a new and insecure lease, accepting a massive rent increase, and I suppose prostrating ourselves to Jon so he can have us kiss his feet. The last one aside they are doing the rest and more. One of the best new ideas they have come up with, I’m saying this sarcastically, is that we should move back to the West End and into an old 3-Story walk-up that they will likely be demovicting in a few years. That would give Jon the chance to screw us even better. Now I know I’m a sweet piece of a$$ but why does he want to screw me so badly? I’ve got news for you Jonny boy…. Only my husband gets to do that.

They seem to imply that will be eviction

As of this moment, there is no deal. There is only a looming deadline of April 30th. After that point, they will start to take action against our tenancy. Reliance Properties Vancouver has been very careful not to say what those are. They seem to imply that will be an eviction. That or they will try and get an order to increase our rent massively. We have lawyers that are working on protecting us from that. But housing is a vital and primary need in life. When you threaten someone’s housing and use their massive size and war chest to kick someone out of their housing it is very stressful on the lowly tenant.

For him violating a deal seems as easy as breathing

I feel bullied by Reliance Properties Vancouver! I feel stressed and it is taking a toll on my health. I hear a noise in the hallway and I think it is the building manager delivering an eviction notice. I come home and I immediately look at our front door to see if there is an eviction notice. Meanwhile, Jon is worth multi-millions of dollars and he has no housing fears. He doesn’t even seem to register the harm he is wreaking in our lives. For him violating a deal seems as easy as breathing. Throwing us out seems to be something he doesn’t even register as a harmful thing. Help US PLEASE don’t let Jon and Reliance Properties Vancouver harm us this way.
