I don’t intend for this blog to be overly political. However it’s fine if people want to comment on politics in the blogs they create here. Politics is a part of life….. To that end I wanted to post this. This link is to a FaceBook group to oppose bill 42 on free speech restriction.

I find this action that the attorney general supports so vigorously to be highly disturbing. With all the gang violence and shootings going on, the homeless problem, deteriorating health and educational facilities, rampant lawlessness, etc, issues that Wally Oppal waffles on, makes me fearful for the future of our society. As far as I am concerned, Oppal, Campbell, and the whole lot of these dictatorial rascals should be tossed out and some democratically minded people put in office ASAP. Why bother with an election? let’s just give them the boot now.

The real issue behind this form censorship is the lack of public outcry the irony of this situation is a cyclical argument but as individuals we need to reclaim our government. Forums such as this is a start and I encourage readers to forward this site to their email list servers. This recent bill by Campbell is a form of control; information censorship and he is “manufacturing consent” These actions by the BC government what all right wing governments ( Bush in his scramble for the white house) do whether they are neo conservatives ( BC Liberals ) or fascist . It has happened in our federal government elections under Harper where thousands as many 400,000 ( see Mair TYEE) were denied the right to vote due to changes in the form of acceptable identification to this current provincial censorship in BC . These acts by “Governments”; conservatives federally and liberals provincially are all parts of the same campaign of reducing opposition to right wing politics and insuring that the votes that support the status quo are protected and opposition is discouraged and the public is uniformed.
